Hi Jini,
The testimonial looks great, however it says "up to 90% reduction in Chlorine" that means that it may be possible to use 90% less Chlorine but not guaranteed it could mean you will use just 50% less.
Facts: Chlorine is a great killer of bacteria - IONisation is also a killer of bacteria - but not quite so quickly and Chlorine is also an oxidizer which m,eans that it burns up the dead bacteria as well - IONisers Don't do that.
Unless you have an electronic ION/OXYdizer these have 2 x electrodes for IONization + 2 x Electrodes for OXYdation the OXY electrodes produce Oxygen + a whole host of other very powerful OXYdisers - automatically.
I am afraid that owing a pool is not straightforward or free to operate but it can be maintained with minimum or no Chlorine depending on how many people are using it, the critical maintenance of the pH - A very critical component in all pool sanitising methods.
As always do not expect too much of any product you pay very little for - it will not happen.
Regards, Dave

JUNIE - wow! you are right, I searched and searched and finally found this from a power point presentation!:

" Your pool and spa have never looked better

Today, you can Purify pool water without the need for chlorine with ChlorFree, a Truly Remarkable Product!

EPA approved ChlorFree insures the elimination and control of harmful bacteria, algae and microbes to produce a Sparkling Fresh, Soft, Clean Environment.

Using ChlorFree is Easy and virtually Maintenance Free.

Simply drop the ChlorFree Genie into your pool or spa –and that’s it! Within a few days the pool will be transformed into Crystal Clear water that has been Laboratory Tested as “Clean enough to drink”!

The purifying action of the ChlorFree lasts for one full year. "

Does this sound like what you bought - something you can just drop in the pool?

DAVID - does this sound right? Or does the capsule have to go somewhere in the filtration apparatus?

Make glutathione in every cell of every organ in your body.

Glutathione (GSH) is produced by every cell in your body. It is the primary protector and detoxifier of the cell. For years, scientists and medical professionals have looked for ways to effectively raise glutathione levels.

Because glutathione cannot be effectively absorbed through the intestinal tract, it must be supplemented via its essential building blocks, the amino acids cysteine, glycine, and glutamic acid. While glycine and glutamic acid are readily available through regular diet, it is much more difficult to absorb the required amounts of cysteine. Glutathione supplemented intravenously, orally, or via patches, etc... will never get inside the cells where it is critically needed. It must be MADE within the cells.

Until recently, N-acetyl Cysteine (NAC) was the most consistent means of enhancing the body's ability of maintaining optimal glutathione levels. To be effective, NAC supplementation required large steady doses that were inconvenient and overly expensive.

Now, with the release of RiboCeine, the game has changed.

Hello,
Art Martin did a post on three important items for health:
1) Oxygen
2) Vit. C
3) Minerals

I think that I am covering two of them OK (though always looking for new things) but how does one get more oxygen into your body? will hydrogen Peroxide help? I detest the taste of the it (food-grade I am talking about).

Someone else posted about cancer liking an oxygen free environment. They also thrive on sugar and I've been told the best way to prevent cancer is to get your blood sugar below 90 so your body will metabolize fat rather than sugar. But you have to be a diabetic before you can get those testing machines; it seems like they throw up roadblocks everwhere to prevention. But are happy when you are sick and then try and "help" you. So if you use those Litmus papers for saliva and urine to test your PH and it they indicate low acid, is that related to blood sugar? If so, is that all you need to test for for blood sugar if you are not diabetic? Or am I confusing apples with oranges here and acidity and blood sugar have no correlation?

BTW. JINI, do you automatically send personal responses to such questions? I am not able to check this site frequently, thanks.

Hi Junie tew,
We will help if you can send us a photo of your filtration system and some information on the system you have bought.
Is it simply IONisation or does it have OXYdation as well?

You may email me at info@watermaid-europe.com

Kind regards, Dave

Dan
As Jini pointed out you want to make sure you get the glutathione with the
sodium bicarbonate. as this is the one for the nebulizer,
it should have no other additives. the one i found is $ 35.00

Reduced L-Glutathione Plus
I found it here

http://www.theranaturals.com/products.html

I have ordered it and will start it soon.

PS.
I'm taking the adyclarity in distilled water which also eliminates the flouride in the city water and the junk that settles to the bottom of tap water and spring water (which is not totally pure). One capeful in a gallon is all it takes and it spreads throughout quickly. I am also going to get a filter for our shower and tub to remove flouride, so we may be taking in less aluminum overall since using adyaclarity as we are more sensitive to where the aluminum is coming from. If anyone has more ideas other than cookware and aluminum foil, please share them.

I believe I've been taking adya for about 6 months now and as I said in the other post, I've noticed a decrease in the ringing in my ears, which I attribute to the decalcification action of it, but one other thing also, as I said the chiropractor could hardly crack my neck at first because of the calcium build-up. But after taking aldya Clarity for about 5 months I noticed that if I contracted my neck muscles a certain way, I could feel the vertibre move slightly. This was never possible before. Now it still takes a while for the nerves to heal, so I am doing fish oil, especially krill oil, which the chiropractor advised. If anyone knows of something else that could heal nerve damage, I would be interested.
Thank you

THANK YOU JINI,
I just recieved some Email regardying Adya Clarity and it was interesting. Apparently this is a subject that needs a lot of research and may not be the best thing for everyone. I bought a large amount quite a while ago when it was on sale and still haven't finished the first bottle, so the price is not bothering me. I figured it was a case of either jump in the water (pun) or don't get it at all as it wasn't clear if such a deal or even the product would be around. Often I get stung with such impulsiveness, but the longer I take it and the more I read, the more I am glad that I did.

I had a condition in my spine that the doctor described as arthrites, a calcium build-up. Well fine, but he gave no cure, just information, so I didn't do anything about it. Years after the ringing in my ears started, then it got worse. People say that you can rate Tinnitus on a scale of 1 - 10 and I estimate that when it started to get serious it was 5 -6. At that point I could hardly sleep and was only getting a couple hours a day. I finally figured out that it was due to a neck injury I had 50 years ago that had been gradually getting worse. With age everything gets worse and now it became an issue and I was searching all over for cures and there are a lot of phonies out there who will take money from people like myself who are getting desparate. From what I have heard, some people can have it so bad that it sounds like a jet aircraft engine in your ears 24 hours a day (not good). People have gone insane or committed suicide at that point.

Thank God for Chiropracters as an ad from a local one who said he could solve dizzyness (another symptom). When he took the x-rays I learned a lot more than from my doctor and could see that my neck was bent. He could hardly crack my neck, thank God I went when I did. With his help I got it down to a 2- 3 level (estimated) and could live with that and just tune it out mentally.

But with Adya Clarity I believe that it is down to 1-2 and getting lower. I have hesitated to put this out there until it is 0 or close to it, but there is so much negative about this stuff that I thought I should introduce a positive that I believe it is helping those calcium deposits by simply the fact that it is getting harder and harder to hear the blasted ringing. So I would assume that anyone with arthrites could benefit and for that I am willing to take the amount of aluminum in a gallon diluted to their specifications that gives me what the FDA says is 1/4th the amount of aluminum that the average person gets in a day anyway and someone on this site said I believe the equivalent of a 1/6th of a glass of coke. As a result of the aluminum scare on this website, I am not doing flouride toothpaste anymore, which I've been told has a connection with aluminum, so perhaps I have reduced my intake of aluminum enough to balence any extra I'm getting. If anyone can tell me other things to do for reducing aluminum it would be helpful as I AM NOT ABOUT TO GIVE UP THIS PRODUCT.

I did get some kind of reaction when taking a larger more concentrated dose, however and would not reccomend that, a tingling sensation in the fingers and nausea. I've been told by them that it is a "cleansing reaction", they say that some people had lead come out of their body with these high doses and it showed up in their finger-tips or something. I assume the body eliminates it then when it is out of solution. But I would rather not go through that again at this time, it seems to be working this way fine. So I don't necessarily whole heartedly reccommend it to everyone, but in my case I am excited about it as NOTHIING ELSE I TRIED WORKED this good and this fits with what they say it can do, decalsify. Hope this helps. I will let you know when it is all gone (the calcium I mean).

As a result of the aluminum scare on this website, I am not doing flouride toothpaste anymore, which I’ve been told has a connection with aluminum, so perhaps I have reduced my intake of aluminum enough to balence any extra I’m getting.

I’ve been told by them that it is a “cleansing reaction”, they say that some people had lead come out of their body with these high doses and it showed up in their finger-tips or something. I assume the body eliminates it then when it is out of solution. But I would rather not go through that again at this time, it seems to be working this way fine. So I don’t necessarily whole heartedly reccommend it to everyone, but in my case I am excited about it as NOTHIING ELSE I TRIED WORKED this good and this fits with what they say it can do, decalsify. Hope this helps. I will let you know when it is all gone (the calcium I mean).
Every website I go to (including yours) claims they are easy to install but no one provides instuctions. I ordered one in the mail hoping it would come with instructions but all that was provided was a packing slip. Please help me....where do I put this thing?

Jini,

I appreciate you are changing the product for the better. There is only one place I have liked the taste of stevia in my life:

In a product called One World Whey (unheated). If you search for the product, they main place that sells it will send you a sample for cheap. It is simply delicious for having 0 sugar. The stevia in the product is cold processed, really not an aftertaste at all. Apparently that comes from heating.

I am not battling IBS, mainly candida...taking this type of product without feeding the yeasts would be incredible!

Feel free to delete the post if it looks like spam or anything else, but try it! No affil here, but worth finding the source!

Dear Jini:

My 81 year old mother had a reaction to an aldosterone blocker called Spironolactone in November 2011. It was prescribed to help with her moderate high blood pressure. She stopped taking it but it caused a spiraling down of her iron. She has gone from a completely independent person who could do whatever she wanted (before the spironolactone) to a weak and fatigued person whose joints hurt tremendously and all her bones crack. She had an iron level of 40 before the medicine which isn't all that high but her serum iron continued down after the severe reaction to the Spironolactone:

November 30, 2011: Serum iron-40 (35-155)

January 3, 2012:Serum Iron-18, Hemoglobin 11.4 (11.5-15.0)

Mid January: Ferritin 35 (11-306) Doctor told her this was normal! We had to ask him to check it.

February 2: Serum Iron-17, Hemaglobin-11.3

April 12: Serum Iron 12, Hemaglobin- 9.7, Ferritin 23

Started Angstrom Iron April 25 (1 Teaspoon 3x daily) Floradix was ineffective for her

May 15: Serum iron-12, Hemaglobin- 10.6, Ferritin 25, TIBC 315 (250-450), Iron Saturation 4%

It seems that the Angstrom iron has stopped the iron, hemaglobin and ferritin from falling and in two cases they rose. This is the first Iron saturation reading that we have so there is nothing to compare it to. I am assuming that it measures her absorption and transfer ability of the iron to her cells, and she is not absorbing at all.

She has no other health concerns except the genetic high blood pressure which is apparently caused by an overproduction of aldosterone by her adrenal glands.

It seems that the Angstrom Iron is the only thing that has helped and maybe can reverse her problem.

Thanks, Vicki

Regarding mms
I have taken MMS for some time now and started out by increasing drops daily and suffered same side effects as Monica. They now have a newer protocol of taking a much lesser dosage more often during the day. I have found this new protocol to be very effective with no side effects. Also, I could not take the citric acid activator as it always bothered my stomach. I stayed with the apple cider vinegar as activator and it works fine.

When my household has cold and flu bugs floating around, I take the MMS and if I start sneezing prior to the onset of a cold, it is gone by next morning. My skin is softer and more youthful just by ingesting about 3 or 4 drops twice a day and my maintenance dose is 3 or 4 drops once a week. I also notice a great deal more clarity in my vision.

Finally, I must say,my three dogs and two cats never have to be dewormed at the vets. I put 1 drop of activated MMS for every 25 lbs. of animal, in a bowl of demineralized water every once in a while. I would rate MMS up there with DMSO as probably the two most beneficial products.

NATALIE - I found this answer to your question which looks like a good answer. I think the key is whether the 60 mg is standardized or 15% or some other dilution:

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20101022124707AAYAUlL

"Tea tree (Melaleuca arternifolia) is extremely toxic at 0.5-1 ml/kg. So depending on your weight, it's up there in terms of dosage, and could be approximating toxic levels. Is it possible that they've used 60mg of 15% tea tree??

Note: Depending on how the label reads, that 60mg is most likely in the total serving (6 caps.) So if you only took 2 caps, you're at 1/3 that full dose.

Signs/symptoms of toxicity include: gastrointestinal upset, drowsiness, ataxia, hallucinations, coma.
--------------------------
*laughing* Yes, I am really a doctor. And Solaray products are generally pretty good, which is why I asked whether it's perhaps a 15% tea tree (thus reducing the toxicity.)

It's also possible that they've used raw herb (ie bark or flowers) and not the concentrated essential oil. It should read somewhere on the label what the standardized levels are.

FYI - Topical tea tree oil is different from oral tea tree. And 60mg oral vs. a few drops in a douche... is like comparing apricots to bowling balls!
---------------------------
Gary - if you'd read my answer, you'd have understood I was recommending AGAINST the "yeast cleanse." I didn't prescribe it!! *laughing*

Surely my being a naturopathic doctor doesn't make me responsible to justify every product available on the market around the globe?!
---------------------
Gary - As I tell my patients... Most of the "cleanse" products on the market consist of an irritant to stimulate bowel movements and some sort of herb to benefit liver function (such as milk thistle). They often also come with dietary recommendations. Generally, the products are unnecessary and the dietary changes would be sufficient to improve energy and digestion. And occasionally, "cleanse" products can cause more harm than good."

Absorb Plus is an elemental diet shake (where all the ingredients are pre-digested and in your bloodstream within 20 minutes). When you add Udo's or flax oil to it, it becomes a complete meal replacement so people use it during intestinal obstruction, diverticulitis flares, Crohn's or colitis flare ups, or anytime digesting and absorbing food is a problem. It is also used by people with other serious illness as a super high quality source of nutrition when they're too nauseous or tired to cook - lupus, CFS, cancer, AIDS, etc. Or by elderly or pregnant women (when nauseous or tired).

Hello Jini,

Thank you so much for all the helpful info for stubborn yeast! I am going to look into this yeast scrubber and detox product. In the meantime, I was given Solaray Yeast Cleanse by my ND to kill the yeast, as I have finally committed to the diet as well. However, along with many other great, beneficial ingredients, I notice this product contains tea tree oil. 60mg in 6 pills or 10mg in 1, which is the dose I take. But I cannot find anything online to support ingesting tea tree oil of ANY kind...! Actually, everything I have found says NEVER to ingest it! However, my ND says it's an effective yeast fighter, more so than garlic, oregano oil, etc. It seems to be a pure, powdered form, but I am still nervous to take it now as there seems to be caution surrounding this. Have you heard of this product or this remedy (tea tree oil) for candida? Your thoughts are very appreciated!!!! Thank you!

Exactly! "And perhaps the qualifying distinction here is:
BAD: When you avoid authenticity because of your insecurities and fear of letting yourself be seen."
For me - the pivotal point is the relationship you have with yourself - if that is unauthentic or deluded, then all those that follow will be off and you will forever be searching for that evasiveness sense of peace, purpose, and acceptance. So many get stumped by the desire to be validated and approved of by everyone - and project someone other than themselves for this accolade, and they continue to perpetuate this dysfunction. It really is high school mentality that has unfortunately persisted into adulthood - thereby preventing personal and emotional maturity.
Brene's point in the article you link to which states, "Often, when women live under the weight of silence and fear speaking out, they have the least tolerance for other women who break the rules — they use them as targets to discharge their pain and rage." is bang on. In my experience, some of those who are the most intolerant and judgemental against women living true to themselves and fearlessly are women who caged themselves in (or failed to unlatch the cage they were put in). Part of it is anger and part is envy because those that are vulnerable and authentic project a strong sense of self and inner peace and tend to attract the same from people and situations around them. There is both a contagious and magnetic aspect to it. I don't see any reason to be apologetic for avoiding or disengaging from those you feel either can't accept you as you are or you simply don't feel good being around. Life is too short to expend energy on cultivating negativity. The degree of vulnerability I expose is directly related to the depth of the relationship in regards to both the level of trust and intimacy I share with that person.
I have come to appreciate how important it is to really cherish those individuals that live to this ideal as they help everyone they touch to develop to their best self by exemplifying this true joyful potential and giving permission to overthrow the facade.

ASHLEY - this is a really good question you posed:

"However, the thing I wonder about is how much of your “vulnerability” and true self should you leave exposed to all others."

I wonder this too, about being "appropriately" vulnerable, as opposed to carte blance vulnerable. Because aren't we getting into "don't cast your pearls before swine" territory?

If you KNOW someone cannot hear you (or doesn't want to), why expend the energy to be authentic? Why not just walk away, or let it go? Is it because there is a lot of grey area in the assumption that someone can't/doesn't want your authenticity? But what about relationships where the person has demonstrated over and over again that they don't want you to be honest... what then?

I read an article of Brene's (about the Dixie Chicks speaking out) where she writes:

"How can we be authentic when we are desperately trying to manage and control how others perceive us? How can we be honest with people about our beliefs and, at the same time, tell them what we think they want to hear? How do we stand up for what we believe in when we are trying to make everyone around us feel comfortable so they won't get angry and put us down?"

(Source: http://www.chron.com/default/article/We-should-all-take-voice-lessons-from-Dixie-1808725.php#page-1 )

In the article, Brene gives several examples of where women suffered negative consequences as a result of NOT being authentic. But what about when you suffer negative consequences *because* you are authentic? For some issues, it would be worth it (racism, injustice, abuse, etc.).

But for others - for example, you have a mother-in-law who believes abortion in any circumstance is wrong and if you disagree with her, she goes ballistic, refuses to attend family gatherings, won't see her grandkids, etc. So... do you want to keep being authentic every time she brings up abortion, or do you just want to switch the subject, or leave the room?

As you said: "because of the fact that those that surround you are so immersed in their facade that they can’t handle authenticity"

And what about cultures (like the Chinese) where allowing others to "save face" through not being overtly truthful is a crucial social and business skill? Although, because such cultures are skilled at non-verbal communication, everyone knows the truth anyway - so they actually are not being inauthentic! Wouldn't walking out the room when your mother-in-law starts her abortion comments be the equivalent of "saving face" - she knows your opinion, everyone else in the room knows your truth, why does it have to be spoken?

I just read the quote from Brene again:

"How can we be authentic when we are desperately trying to manage and control how others perceive us? How can we be honest with people about our beliefs and, at the same time, tell them what we think they want to hear? How do we stand up for what we believe in when we are trying to make everyone around us feel comfortable so they won't get angry and put us down?"

And perhaps the qualifying distinction here is:

BAD: When you avoid authenticity because of your insecurities and fear of letting yourself be seen.

GOOD: When you avoid authenticity - in that moment - because you are the bigger person, the person with more wisdom and it is a tactical decision - one based in experience and wisdom, not insecurity. So it is a wisdom-based decision, not a fear-based decision.

How about that?

Hi Bev!
Dr Stephen Sinatra, who co-authored the Earthing book with Clint Ober, has posted on his website photos of blood clumping vs. blood flowing after 40 minutes of being grounded. This was taken as part of clinical trials run on "volunteer" patients to determine some degree of earthing effectiveness.
I cannot find it quickly, but you may want to read this page on blood pressure and earthing:

http://www.drsinatra.com/resources/blood-pressure/high-blood-pressure-earthing-main

My guess is de-calcification from taking adya clarity over time could be assisting the grounding each night, suspect you may have realized a cumulative result of doing both consistently.
Just a guess, as your reported blood pressure reduction is amazing. Enjoy!

Thanks for posting this and including Brene Brown's talks, Jini. I had watched the first one, but not the latter on shame where she talks about the gender difference in its conceptulization and depiction. Clearly the development of walls is a self-defense mechanism that helps one survive. I personally think the important thing is never to wall yourself off from your own authenticity as that is the greatest impediment probably to reaching your potential as a loving and joyful being. However, the thing I wonder about is how much of your "vulnerability" and true self should you leave exposed to all others. For me, true intimacy is only offered to those I trust with it. If you lack this kind of support and you feel unable to be your authentic self (not because you don't think you are not worthy but because of the fact that those that surround you are so immersed in their facade that they can't handle authenticity), then it could contribute as a barrier to reaching your true potential. This why it so important to cultivate a diverse, empathetic, and compassionate society over our trend towards a myopic, regressive, hypocritical and formalized society - it is a breeding ground for all our growing list of chronic ailments.

You can download the mp3 meditation to experience it for yourself - or watch the video to have the explanation. Basically, EFT combined with whatever else you have in your healing toolkit - maybe you also do massage or reiki or theta healing. In this case, we combined it with meditation (deep relaxation/hypnosis), pranic (life force energy) work, and Dialoguing With Your Body - a technique from my LTYG book.

"Annabel Fisher and I did a presentation together at the Canadian EFT Gathering a couple weeks ago – where I presented the theory behind combining more than one powerful healing tool together, for a synergistic effect that greatly maximizes the healing possible."

- I'm just curious about the combination of powerful healing too. I think EFT is the other one and the other is? I read an article here http://eft.mercola.com/, i don't think if they are a good source. Can anyone give me advice on this?

Jini

I have a question about Glutathione.

Does it help with increased energy ?

I have done a lot of reading on it but didn't see that mentioned.
It would seem it is a necessary part of good lung function,
Unlike other remedies I have looked at it has more medical fact behind it,

The HP doesn't seem to be doing much for me now, in fact it seems to make me wheeze more now than I was before.
I'm going to give it 1 more week then switch over to the Glutathione.

ARKADI - if you want the fastest route to healing, personally I would do The IBD Remission Diet, combined with my StrictureHeal protocol, which you can get the ebook for free here:

http://www.foundationmedicine.com/about-management-team.php

you can get the IBD Remission Diet book here:

http://www.ibdremissiondiet.com

We are currently getting set up properly with Amazon, but for now you still need to order directly from me - hope to have Amazon ready in next 3-4 weeks.

If you want a slower (but cheaper) way to heal, then I would combine the Diets, herbs, etc. in my Listen To Your Gut book, with the StrictureHeal protocol:

http://www.ListenToYourGut.com

Also, go to the FREE STUFF page as there's quite a bit there you can start with.

best,

Hi

I am a 27 year old male suffering from Crohn's disease since 2004. Currently I am on Remicade infusions, and have had a colonoscopy 10 days ago which revealed that strictures are present in the terminal ileum. Last year i was in touch with jay aka crohnsbboy, who suggested that I start with the "breaking the vicious cycle" diet. However I found the diet to be to challenging for me. I am feeling pretty lousy right now and was wondering if you have any suggestions for me as far as how to begin the healing process. Also please provide a location in NYC of where I could buy your book and the title or titles of the books I should buy/

Thank You

Hi Angus,
Not in the vegan-raw food community, working to heal intestinal uptake issues but can appreciate some of your comments.

Am still in shock that teas from Asia now contain so much fluoride from polluted soils and water, that brewing a cup of standard black or green tea here gives us about as much fluoride as one would get from drinking same amount of fluoridated water. The information age has apparently morphed into the pollution age.

FYI - can check out 2 different listings on the following website:

         http://www.longevitywarehouse.com/Oralive-2-5-oz-p/ascendedoralivedental.htm
Then check out their colon cleanse product, also containing bentonite clay...among a slew of other ingredients.

Weston Price foundation is a great source of information. The question is how much good information is getting into the mainstream, and how quickly. It is still way off the beaten path.

For example: R.O. has a pesky issue by producing what may be termed essentially dead water, and needs to be re-mineralized. Of concern is not just removing toxins, but also a replacing what's missing. Municipal water seems to carry a fair amount of alum, a product used in their treatment processes. Nothing is perfect, so a compromise is needed.

And by the way, I highly recommend putting a little clay in your water every day if you want to remove toxins from the body. Relatively cheap, natural as can be (animals eat clay), and proven effective over centuries. Clay is also good for external healing of cuts, sprains, fractures, etc... http://www.eytonsearth.org/drinking-clay-internal-use.php

What I want to know is if the vegan-raw food community knows about the power of drinking and eating clay? It seems there is not much on the subject on the internet, and I wonder if this lack of knowledge is contributing to the panic about adya clarity, which basically is a mineral extract that acts like clay (it is a complex of minerals, which is what clay is), by magnetically bonding to pollutants and drawing them out by fecal route. If one is worried about the water being too acidic, why not do what the Japanese do?: treat your water with bincho (hard-oak) and bamboo charcoal, which alkalinizes water. The other thing that I don't understand is people seem to think that this is a scam, but don't consider that the bottling of water is a scam and the fluoridation of city water supplies is also a scam! Personally, I would rather have the mineral complex which is Adya Clarity (a teaspoon per gallon of water) than to trust my body to the whims of Nestle, Poland Springs and the municipal water authority. I can see with my own eyes the junk that is precipitated out of the water. Maybe some people have the money to install reverse-osmosis filtration systems or buy their water in bottles (which is no guarantee to purity!) but I want a simpler solution, which is why after filtering my water with charcoal, vermiculite and laterite for a couple years I decided to just buy the adya and balance the PH by putting charcoal pieces in my water jug. Works for me.

Hi CC - Have you filled out the form and received the Rectal StrictureHeal Instruction ebook (above)? Just want to make sure you have the right one as the instructions and formulas are quite different from the Intestinal StrictureHeal one.

You know, given your history, you may have a scar tissue stricture there, OR you may have rectal spasming which can also completely shut off defecation. So I would also follow the instructions in the ebook above for Rectal Spasm - take the herbal muscle relaxants (crampbark or black haw), the magnesium oil hot baths and the hot castor oil pack on the levator ani muscles. Until you get the rectum to relax, none of the laxative agents are going to work. In fact, they are just going to increase the pressure and make the spasming worse.

The other thing is you could easily have myofascial and ligament damage from the surgical/med procedures. Again, I give instructions in the ebook for dealing with this. But since you are in CA, you are close to one of the BEST therapists in the world for this type of work - Mary Cox. I believe she is still at this clinic:

27401 Los Altos, Ste 488
Mission Viejo, CA 92691

Sorry, I don't have her phone number. If you book with her directly (rather than booking through Clear Passage, it will be MUCH cheaper). In fact, when you find her phone number or email, can you please post it here? Here's a couple of videos I did with Mary that will explain some of what you might be going through (be sure and watch both):

All About Abdominal Adhesions and Obstruction
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NpSv4Br8yjY

Tracing Pain & Dysfunction In the Body
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MhA4nx0LHQw

Lastly, yes, 5 days is too soon for the Rectal StrictureHeal to work - 2-3 weeks is when you may first start to see change. I know how awful it is, so just follow the relaxation protocols above and book quickly with Mary!

best,
Jini

I can feel the stricture band and I am severely constipated and am trying the stricture heal along with the magnesium citrate and potassium citrate. Nothing is working. Just blood and straining to defecate. I am also using Milk of Magnesia. I am curious if Jini has had any luck with others finding healing through this stricture protocol yet. I am only on day five with it so I probably have a way to go, but I really want the stricture gone. Is it possible that the stricture will go away or will it just soften up? I have also contacted a Craniosacral therapist but have not heard back yet. So right now what I am doing is the Wild Oregano, the stricture protocol, magnesium citrate and potassium citrate, Milk of Magnesia.

I imagine the person that Jini talks about in her book, Lori Main, is located in Canada and I am in the Bay Area in CA, so that probably wouldn't be possible for me. I am having such a hard time dealing with the fact that I allowed this to happen to me. I wish I had never had the surgery to remove the perianal fatty tissue. I am positive the needle up my anus before surgery is what caused this. Any response you could give I am sure will help.

I will keep you posted on how the stricture protocol is working at a later time. Is it possible to write to Jini directly as I see others have in a forum type setting or does she not do that?

Hey Steve,
From preliminary trials being run since the beginning of this year, AC (adya clarity) is not showing any signs of excessive mineral buildup, providing it is taken in amounts according to the label. See the link to Longevity Warehouse in 555. directly above.

Aluminum is known to be the most common mineral available on earth. AC in solution has about 1/6th the aluminum content as a 12 oz can of coke; however, you can read David Wolfe's preliminary report on this topic on the Longevity Warehouse blog and decide for yourself.

There are other options:
fulvic acid may be the most tested and widely available for working on calcium buildup. My concern is that you work with someone in functional medicine or a naturopath highly trained and local to you, because you may have excess calcium in more places than your spine alone. If you are low on magnesium (and most of us are deficient), calcium can precipitate out of the bloodstream and lay down wherever it wants. The kidneys or other joint locations may also be involved...

Good luck!
